How does it work?
Our online database enables us to keep a record of all the products in your home. We keep relevant information for each product you add to our system; for example, if you have a boiler, we record the date of its last service, the next due service date, a link to an online warranty and manual (where the information is available).
If you ever require the manual or warranty for your product, we’ll have it ready for you so you don’t have to turn your home upside down looking for it. And if the warranty or service on your item is about to expire, we’ll notify you 30 days before the deadline, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to carry out a service or your product being out of warranty.
